Tesslyne "Baby Turtle" Terrell


Tesslyne “Baby Turtle” Terrell, 17, of Fostoria, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 in Findlay as a result of an automobile accident.

She was born December 27, 1999 in Fostoria to Santiago Reyes and Kimberly A. Terrell. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Fostoria.

Also surviving is her stepfather, Daniel Avila, Fostoria; sister, Anez Terrell, Fostoria; brother, Alexzander Terrell, Fostoria; paternal grandparents, Candelario and Elvia Reyes, Fostoria; uncles, Danny (Emily) Hall, Fostoria and Robert (Crissy) Hall, Fostoria; cousins, Roger and Jesse Hall, Megan, Bryant and Alaric Hall, Autumn Bennington, K.J. and Spencer Snyder, Kaonte Payton; and her boyfriend, Hayden.

Tesslyne was completing her junior year at Bridges Community Academy in Tiffin. Her plans were to enter the Air Force next year and pursue a career in law enforcement. She loved her family with all her heart, especially her siblings. She gave 100% to everything she did and will dearly missed by her family and friends.

A celebration of Tesslyne’s life will take place Wednesday May 31, 2017 at 10 am in the gymnasium of Bridges Community Academy 190 St. Francis Ave., Tiffin, OH 44883 with Rev. Pam Easterday presiding.

Family and friends are in our prayers. So sorry I cannot make the celebration of her life today. She was a good young woman and I'm glad I got to know her. May she Rest In Peace and watch over those she loved.

My deepest condolences to Kim and Dón Candelario and Doña Elvia Reyes for the loss of your precious baby girl. I can't even imagine the loss of a child or grandchild. My heart goes out to your family and you are in my prayers.
