I am very deeply sorry for your loss. In these times of distress 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 "3 Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God." So i hope you can find the right comfort from friends and most importantly from our loving God whom we can ask for comfort.

I am sorry not to have gone to Ruth's funeral and seen you old friend. Your mother was always friendly to me and It has been awhile since I have seen her. I had a moment of "where is Ruth Smith?" at Mass. I surely miss my parents and am in sympathy with your family. She is with the rest of the St. Wendelin-ites on the other side of the sea. Peace,

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family through this time. It was always a surprise to us to be upstairs playing with our cousins and all of the sudden hear Aunt Ruthie talking loudly and with such conviction from downstairs. You guys just laughed and said "Mom is talking politics again". She put her heart into everything she did!

Our heartfelt sympathy to each of you in the loss of your mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you that God will heal the hurt and loss this brings and that He will fill you with peace.
She was always happy and fun to be around and such a caring woman. In time, hopefully, you can turn the precious memories you have of your mother into treasures that you can carry in your hearts.

We are extending our deepest sympathies to everyone in the Family. It is very hard to let them go but now she is with the Lord. She was ready to join the rest in that Heavenly destination. We are out of town so we are unable to attend but know you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept my condolences, Ruth will not be forgotten. She was so cheerful and always had a kind word to say and a hug to share.
