Roger D. Radcliff, 70, of Fostoria, passed Sunday morning at Independence House in Fostoria. He was born April 15, 1946 in Fostoria the son of Dale and Janis (Lehman) Radcliff. He married Sandra Steinmetz and they later divorced. He married Linda Burdett on January 14, 1970 in Findlay and she survives him. He is also survived by his daughter, Lori K. Ussery of Jacksonville,Florida; step-daughters, Jennifer L. (Alen) Hossler of Stafford, VA, Jacqueline S. Keys of Debary, Florida; grandchildren, Colton, Justin, Alexander, and Trevor; brothers, Gary (Jan) Radcliff of Bloomdale, Ron (Brenda) Radcliff of Fostoria. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mike Radcliff.
Roger was a 1966 graduate of St. Wendelin High School. He worked at Allied Signal for 30 years as well as being co-owner of the former R & L Stained Glass with Linda. He later worked at Superwash from 2004-05. He was a member of the UAW Local 533 and past president of the Fostoria Rail Preservation Society, and a member of the Train Collectors Association. Roger was an ornery guy who liked having fun and making jokes. He loved the Ohio State Buckeyes and the New York Yankees. Roger enjoyed trains, golf, chocolate, and spending time with his family.
