Obituary

Raymond P. Larcom, Sr., 68, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at St. Anne's Hospital. He was born on December 28, 1948 to Richard and Velma (Berger) Larcom, Sr.

 

Raymond enjoyed fishing on Lake Erie, cars, watching NASCAR races, football, and drag racing. He also loved his dogs, JJ and Ruby, and spending time with his grandchildren. He loved to travel whenever the opportunity presented itself. Ray was a very kind and happy-go-lucky guy. His daughter, Sarah was the apple of his eye.

 

Raymond is survived by his wife of 37 years, Margaret Larcom; children, Raymond, Jr., Michael, Charles, Darla (Jonathan Argiris), Wendy, and Sarah (Demetrius Jones) Larcom; mother, Velma Larcom; siblings, Richard (Mary) Larcom, Jeanette (Roger) Bolton, Ronald Larcom, Rose Ella Larcom, Amy Larcom, and Lourae (Perry) Crichton; and 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, James Larcom; grandson, Joshua Larcom; father, Richard Larcom; and beloved dog, Major.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017  from 2 until 4pm at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611. Funeral services will begin on the same day at 4pm at the funeral home. Pastor Don Clark will officiate.

 

Memorial contributions may be considered to the family.
