Michael Steven Hunter
Michael Steven Hunter, 59, of Sandusky and formerly of Fostoria passed away at his home Friday, January 27, 2017.
He was born June 5, 1957 in Findlay to William E. and Irene M. (McKinnon) Hunter.
Surviving is his mother, Irene M. Hunter, Fostoria; daughter, Alissa L. (Andrew) Wilhelm, Milton Center; son, Taylor W. (Heidi) Hunter, Cygnet; granddaughter, Cadence Drake; brothers and sister, Daniel S. (Brenda) Hunter, Fostoria, Don G. (Marybess) Hunter, Tiffin, Laura A. Hunter, New York and Eric W. (Cheryl) Hunter, Oregon; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William Hunter.
Michael was a 1975 graduate of St. Wendelin High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University. He was a self employed oilman and did private accounting. He was very jovial, outgoing, knowledge seeking and a kind, loving person.
Private family funeral services will take place at St. Wendelin Catholic Church with Rev. Todd Dominique presiding. Burial will follow in St. Wendelin Cemetery.
