Corey Robert "Eagle" Zautner


Corey Robert "Eagle" Zautner, age 25, passed away April 9, 2017. He was born September 17, 1991. He was a graduate of Clay High School and a student at the University of Toledo.

He truly enjoyed working and traveling with Glass City Pedicabs.  Corey was very active in the art community. His true passions were art and bicycling. He will be greatly missed but his art will now speak for him.

Corey is survived by his mother, Wendy (Michael) Miller; father, Robert (Lisa) Zautner; sister, Ashlee Zautner; step-brothers, Tony Miller and Colton Swope; grandparents, Carol Zautner, Diann and Alan Miller; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He had many friends that were a huge part of his life as well. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Beverly Mohn, Delbert Dunn, and Robert Zautner.

Family will be receiving guests from 10 to 11 am on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home where a  memorial service will be held at 11 am.

If I could come up with the all the words I wanna say, I'd run out of room to write here. Corey was one of the most amazing artists I've ever known and always a just as amazing friend. Working with and hanging out with him were some of the best times I've had. Sending my condolences to his family. Rest In Peace eags I'll miss you

I'd like to give my deepest condolences to Corey's immediate family.I was one of MANY of his art friends of his,im very blessed and honored to have known him.he truly will be missed dearly....

Corey and my son were very good friends thru school and beyond. He was a very sweet and thoughtful young man. He will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with Coreys family and friends. R I P Corey.
