Hopefully the previous comments are also posted. Thinking of you as you mourn the passing of both your mother and dad. Corky and Dutch were the best neighbors I ever had in Port Clinton and I will never forget them. They loved life, their family and their faith. Corky and I worked together on the Friends of Port Clinton parks and she kept us going with her business sense and her humor.
God by with you.

Thinking of you after hearing of your dear mother's passing. Corky and Dutch were the best neighbors I ever had in thirty-three years of living in Port Clinton. Corky and I worked on the Friends of PC parks committee. She was so funny and gave me the courage to go on when I would give up on the project. "We just have to know how to handle these politicians," she would say and she did! We kept in touch by e-mail and I got to visit them here in Columbus at the assisted living apartment.
I am sorry that I did not know that Dutch had died. They almost went together. What a great couple.
God be with you as you mourn the passing of your mother and dad. Good people that I will never forget.

Sue,Jerry,Will,David & Miriam -

So sorry for your back-to-back losses. Your Mom and Dad will be missed. After not seeing your M&D since they lived up at the lake, Bob and I enjoyed the numerous visits we had with them at Good Shepherd. I had a nice visit with her on Jan. 20th. It was a blessing that the Droll Bros. and their wives could be back together again at Good Shepherd. The videos are beautiful (they made me laugh [& cry]) - Lots of wonderful memories.

Love and prayers for you and your families,
Pat (Droll) and Bob Brickner

As we offer our condolences may these words of our Lord Jesus in song bring you much hope and encouragement: 'Be not afraid, I go before you always. Come, follow Me, and I will give you rest'. May Jesus our Jehova-God hold you all in the palm of His hand as you now remember and celebrate Caroline's life legacy.

Susan Ford, Chestnut Hill, MA sorry to read of the passing of your mother. The obituary caught my eye because of "Corky." I remember your talking about Corky and Dutch. And then I read of your dad's passing in October of last year. My heart, condolences and prayers go out to you and your family. Also, the remembrance video posted on line was so touching.

I still have a picture of Corky and Dutch, Betty and Dick (Kelbley), and my parents Margaret and Don (Schetter) from my parents house and I am sure they are all together again drinking beer and wine. They and many of you had good times together. We are happy that we spent a little time together on this past new years eve at Good Shepard. I am sure that Corky and all are resting in peace. You have our deepest sympathy.
